Kurakon HUMMUS Baguette SandwichVEGAN

Ingredients(1 Serving, 2 sandwiches)

  • 40g Kurakon HUMMUS
  • 4 diagonally sliced baguettes
  • 1/4 zucchini
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Pour olive oil in a preheated frying pan and cook 5 mm slices of zucchini until both sides are golden brown.
  2. Cut mini tomatoes in half and shred lettuce into bite-size pieces.
  3. Spread Hummus on one side of the baguette slices and top two of them with (1) and (2).
  4. Place the other two slices on top to make a sandwich. Done!
