Kurakon HUMMUS Baguette SandwichVEGAN
Ingredients(1 Serving, 2 sandwiches)
- 40g Kurakon HUMMUS
- 4 diagonally sliced baguettes
- 1/4 zucchini
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pour olive oil in a preheated frying pan and cook 5 mm slices of zucchini until both sides are golden brown.
- Cut mini tomatoes in half and shred lettuce into bite-size pieces.
- Spread Hummus on one side of the baguette slices and top two of them with (1) and (2).
- Place the other two slices on top to make a sandwich. Done!
