Kurakon HUMMUS and sauteed chicken
- 70g Kurakon HUMMUS
- 200g chicken
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour oil in a preheated frying pan and sauté (1).
- Arrange (2) on a plate and add a dollop of Hummus on the side. Done!
- You could also add your choice of sliced vegetables like carrots and onions.
