Kurakon HUMMUS and sauteed chicken

Ingredients(2 Servings)

  • 70g Kurakon HUMMUS
  • 200g chicken
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper


  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour oil in a preheated frying pan and sauté (1).
  3. Arrange (2) on a plate and add a dollop of Hummus on the side. Done!
  4. You could also add your choice of sliced vegetables like carrots and onions.
