Kurakon HUMMUS Cup SaladVEGAN

Ingredients(2 Servings, 2cups)

  • 50g Kurakon HUMMUS
  • 1/2 yellow or red bell pepper
  • 1/4 head broccoli
  • 50g squash
  • 1 leaf leaf lettuce
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 olives

Directions

  1. Chop broccoli and squash into bite-size pieces, boil, and drain.
  2. Cut cucumber and paprika into stick-size pieces and mini tomatoes in half.
  3. Arrange all ingredients in a cup and top with Hummus. Done!
