            	Ingredients(2 Servings, 2cups)
                
                  - 50g Kurakon HUMMUS
- 1/2 yellow or red bell pepper
- 1/4 head broccoli
- 50g squash
- 1 leaf leaf lettuce
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 2 olives
Directions
                
               	  - Chop broccoli and squash into bite-size pieces, boil, and drain.
- Cut cucumber and paprika into stick-size pieces and mini tomatoes in half.
- Arrange all ingredients in a cup and top with Hummus. Done!
