Kurakon HUMMUS Salad VEGAN
Ingredients(1 Servings)
- 50g Kurakon HUMMUS
- 1/2 avocado
- 50g beet
- 1/4 yellow or red bell pepper
- 1 1/2 radish
- 1/8 cucumber
Directions
- Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces.
- Arrange (1) in a bowl and top with Hummus. Done!
- Also add dressing if you prefer.
