Kurakon HUMMUS Salad VEGAN

Ingredients(1 Servings)

  • 50g Kurakon HUMMUS
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 50g beet
  • 1/4 yellow or red bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 radish
  • 1/8 cucumber

Directions

  1. Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces.
  2. Arrange (1) in a bowl and top with Hummus. Done!
  3. Also add dressing if you prefer.
