Kurakon HUMMUS Salad PizzaVEGAN

Ingredients(1 Serving)

  • 70g Kurakon HUMMUS
  • 1 pizza base (crispy crust, 25cm diameter)
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 1/2 tomato


  1. Pre-heat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Bake pizza base for about 5 minutes.

  3. Shred cabbage into bite-size pieces and chop avocadoes and tomatoes into 1 cm cubes.
  4. Top (1) with (2) and Hummus in balanced proportions. Done!
