Kurakon HUMMUS Salad PizzaVEGAN
- 70g Kurakon HUMMUS
- 1 pizza base (crispy crust, 25cm diameter)
- 1 avocado
- 3 leaves lettuce
- 1/2 tomato
- Pre-heat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Bake pizza base for about 5 minutes.

- Shred cabbage into bite-size pieces and chop avocadoes and tomatoes into 1 cm cubes.
- Top (1) with (2) and Hummus in balanced proportions. Done!
