Kurakon HUMMUS Tacos RiceVEGAN
Ingredients(1 Serving)
- 70g Kurakon HUMMUS
- 140g steamed rice
- 100g soy meat
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1/4 tomato
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Pour olive oil in a preheated frying pan, sauté soy meat until heated through, season with salt and pepper.
- Shred lettuce and chop tomatoes into 1 cm cubes.
- Place rice in a bowl and layer lettuce, (1), and tomatoes on top. Done!
