Kurakon HUMMUS Tacos RiceVEGAN

Ingredients(1 Serving)

  • 70g Kurakon HUMMUS
  • 140g steamed rice
  • 100g soy meat
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1/4 tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

  1. Pour olive oil in a preheated frying pan, sauté soy meat until heated through, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shred lettuce and chop tomatoes into 1 cm cubes.
  3. Place rice in a bowl and layer lettuce, (1), and tomatoes on top. Done!
