This seasoning sauce is made with delicious soy meat, and can be made into a dish by stir-flying eggplant.
A mild sweet and sour flavor remains for a pleasant aftertaste.

  • 2 eggplants (about 160 g)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

①Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add large chunks of chopped eggplants in the pan, and stir-fry with medium heat until tender.

②Reduce heat to low, add this sauce  , and stir-fry to complete.

③Serve on a plate and enjoy!

* Use up in one go once opened.
* Be careful with the fire while cooking.
